Utility SystemThe factory's production is divided into seven independent areas. Key equipment includes supercritical CO2 extraction and custom molecular distillation from Germany's VTA company，To meet high international quality standards, the factory uses preoperative chromatography equipment from France's Novasep. The large-scale, automated, and specialized production ensures high product quality and efficiency.

Facility SystemThe factory's utility systems, including power, wastewater treatment, and chilled water, ensure stable energy supply and exceed emission standards. The York chiller units use eco-friendly refrigerants, and the Atlas Copco compressed air system maintains stable, high-quality air compression. These systems support green development and high product quality.

StorageEnsures the stable quality of its flower and leaf raw materials and finished products through strict adherence to regulations and standards. The facility uses intelligent temperature control, ventilation, and drying systems to maintain quality.

Seed & BreedMayebio has formed a strong partnership with the Economic Crops Research Institute of the Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Utilizing the Yunnan Seed Industry Joint Laboratory as a platform, they established the "Industrial Hemp Joint Research and Development Center" to create a comprehensive research platform for the entire system of industrial hemp introduction, breeding, and propagation.

PlantationDedicated to providing high-quality hemp raw materials, MayeBio started pursuing organic certifications in China, the EU, and the US in 2022. By 2023, the company achieved both EU and US organic certifications, and in 2024, it obtained the Chinese organic certification. Leveraging Yunnan's diverse climatic and ecological resources, MayeBio has selected the most suitable areas for industrial hemp cultivation, with 18,000 acres currently planted.

BiomassWe controls the entire process from seed selection and breeding to planting, aiming to meet the diverse needs for different varieties and raw materials. The company focuses on providing flower and leaf raw materials to ensure the supply for industrial extraction.

Quality AssuranceOur quality assurance team focuses on ensuring overall product quality and compliance. Our quality management center features 26 functional rooms equipped with international-standard equipment and systems to monitor every stage from raw material procurement to production. We implement stringent quality management processes and systematic safety measures to maintain consistent product quality.

Quality ControlOur quality control team focuses on real-time monitoring and inspection during the production process. Our facility is designed to precisely measure moisture, melting points, cannabinoid content, residual solvents, and microbial contamination. These tests ensure each batch meets the specified quality standards, with rigorous checks throughout production to promptly identify and address potential issues.

Research & DevelopmentSupported by research institutes and European tech partnerships, our team has developed industrial hemp product lines and an EPCM solution based on QBD (Quality by Design). The research center, equipped with advanced technology, supports process development. Over 50% of our R&D team holds advanced degrees and works on diverse products, including cannabinoid oils, monomers, e-liquids, and tinctures.
